Refund and Returns Policy

At Mistree Store, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with a product, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

✅ Home Appliances

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Product must not be installed, tampered with, or damaged.

✅ Spare Parts

Refunds are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect spare parts.

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

We may request images/videos of the issue before processing.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

Items returned without original packaging/accessories.

Products bought on clearance or final sale (if marked non-refundable).

Digital/downloadable items (if applicable).

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

Notify you via email or SMS about the status.

Approve or reject your refund request based on product condition.

If approved, process the refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your bank or card provider (processing times may vary).

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you must follow the return procedure.

6. Return Shipping

For damaged/defective/incorrect items: We will arrange return pickup or reimburse your return shipping cost.

For change-of-mind returns (if allowed): Return shipping is to be borne by the customer.
